STORIE Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at STORIE. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Please allow potential delays during high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales) or due to postal service disruptions beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We ship all domestic orders from our location in Scunthorpe. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries, including the European Union. Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines for your country will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: STORIE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at storieonline.shop@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses

Please note that certain couriers have restrictions on delivering to P.O. Boxes. If you provide a P.O. Box address and we are unable to ship to it, we will contact you immediately via email to request an alternative delivery address.

Damages & Lost Packages

STORIE is liable for items damaged or lost during transit by the courier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and the item immediately.

  • Contact us at storieonline.shop@gmail.com upon reception so we can evaluate the issue, file a claim with the courier, and send you a free return label or replacement.
